Description

1100℃ Box Furnace (Stainless Steel Inner Liner)

The 1100℃ box furnace is a high-performance box furnace featuring a stainless steel inner liner and an imported silicon molybdenum heating system. It is suitable for material heat treatment, high-temperature laboratory experiments, and industrial heating processes.

The equipment boasts precise temperature control, excellent furnace temperature uniformity, and high energy efficiency. It can operate stably for extended periods, making it an ideal lab furnace/industrial furnace solution.

Box Furnace Product Features

  1. Stainless Steel Inner Liner, Corrosion Resistant and Easy to Clean

This box-type resistance furnace (Muffle Furnace) features a stainless steel inner liner, which is corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and easy to clean. Suitable for experimental and production environments with high requirements for furnace cleanliness, effectively preventing material contamination.

  1. Imported Silicon Molybdenum Rod Heating, Excellent High-Temperature Performance

The heating element uses imported 1800-type silicon molybdenum rods, installed on both sides of the furnace chamber to form a double-sided heating field. Silicon molybdenum rods have advantages such as high high-temperature strength, good oxidation resistance, and long service life, with a maximum operating temperature of up to 1100℃.

  1. German Imported Fiberboard, Superior Insulation Performance

The furnace lining uses German MESCHUPP vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight board material. High-purity lightweight hollow spherical alumina plates are used in areas prone to material handling (furnace bottom). The four-layer insulation structure (alumina fiber cotton, alumina fiberboard, and alumina polycrystalline fiberboard) improves energy efficiency by more than 80% compared to older electric furnaces.

  1. Top Exhaust Port for Timely Removal of Waste Gas

A manually operated exhaust port is located on the top of the furnace to promptly remove smoke and reaction waste gas generated during sintering, keeping the furnace clean and preventing contamination of the next batch of materials.
