Description
1000°C Tilting Rotary Tube Furnace
The 1000°C tilting rotary tube furnace features a large-diameter quartz glass process tube, four independently controlled heating zones, and an adjustable tilting/rotating mechanism. Equipped with a spiral feeding system, air-cooled discharge, and programmable temperature control, it is designed for the continuous, dynamic heating and heat treatment of powders and granular materials.
Product Features
- Four Independent Temperature Zones; 4000mm Total Heating Length
Features four independently controlled temperature zones (20kW each, totaling 80kW) with a combined heating length of 4000mm. The furnace tube has a diameter of 300mm and an overall length of 5800mm. Temperature control accuracy is ±1°C, with a measurement range of 0–1350°C using K-type thermocouples.

- High-Capacity Spiral Feeding System with 80-Liter Hopper
Equipped with an 80-liter feed hopper and a stainless-steel spiral feeder. The quartz feed pipe is positioned at a 30-degree incline.
- Adjustable Furnace Tube Tilt and Rotation for Controlled Material Flow
The furnace tube rotation speed is adjustable from 1 to 5 rpm, and the tilt angle can be adjusted from 0 to 15 degrees. By flexibly combining the tilt angle and rotation speed, the residence time and transit velocity of the material within the furnace tube can be precisely controlled.
- Material Cooling Design with Controllable Discharge Temperature
To facilitate material cooling, the furnace tube includes an additional 500mm cooling section. The discharge end is fitted with a protective gas shroud; both the inlet and outlet ends are equipped with cooling fans, and the discharge section features an auxiliary air-cooling system.

- High-Temperature Alloy Resistance Heating (Top & Bottom) with Motorized Furnace Opening
High-temperature alloy resistance heating elements are installed above and below the furnace tube to create a uniform heating field. The furnace housing features a motorized opening/closing mechanism, facilitating maintenance and inspection of the furnace tube. Furnace dimensions: 5800 × 1500 × 1600 mm.
- Independent Standard Control Cabinet with Closed-Loop Thyristor Control
Includes a standalone standard control cabinet (a cable list for connecting the cabinet to on-site equipment is provided; cables to be procured by the buyer). The system utilizes closed-loop thyristor control—employing phase-angle or zero-crossing triggering—to allow for continuous adjustment of output voltage, current, or power, with constant-voltage, constant-current, or constant-power operating modes.
| Category | Parameter |
|---|---|
| Specifications (Furnace Chamber Dimensions) | Furnace chamber dimensions (Depth × Width × Height) mm: Diameter 300 × Heating zone 4000mm |
| Furnace Tube Dimensions | Diameter 300mm, total length 5800mm; the material needs cooling, so the furnace tube is increased by 500mm in length |

| Feeding | Feed hopper 80L capacity, screw feeder (stainless steel material) |
| Discharging | The discharge end is equipped with a gas outlet protective cover; both the inlet and outlet ends are equipped with cooling fans; the discharge section is additionally equipped with an air-cooling device |
| Feeding and Discharging Device | Screw feeder, feed pipe elevated with a 30-degree slope, pipe material quartz; the quartz tube at the discharge end does not contact stainless steel and flows directly into the collection tank (material collection tank to be provided by the customer) |
| Heating Element Installation Position | High-temperature alloy resistance wire, installed above and below the furnace tube |
| Number of Heating Zones | 4 independent temperature zone controls (20kW × 4 = 80kW) |
| Furnace Tube Material | Quartz glass tube |
| Rotation Speed | 1-5 r/min adjustable |
| Furnace Tube Tilt Angle | 0-15 degrees |
| Temperature Control Accuracy | ±1°C (integrated circuit control, no overshoot) |
| Heating Rate | Heating rate freely adjustable; adjustment range: fastest heating rate 15°C per minute (15°C/min), slowest heating rate 1°C per hour (1°C/h) |
| Door Opening Method | Electric furnace body opening and closing |
| Furnace Body | The furnace body is machined with CNC machine tools and manufactured through polishing, grinding, acid washing, phosphating, plastic powder spraying, high-temperature baking, etc. It features a two-tone color scheme, a novel and aesthetically pleasing appearance, and advantages such as oxidation resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and easy cleaning |
| Furnace Body Structure | The electric furnace body adopts an internationally advanced air-cooled double-layer structure. An effective air-cooled guide baffle enables overall cold air circulation in the furnace shell, ultimately cooling the heating element conductive plates before discharging out of the furnace body, avoiding high-temperature oxidation of the heating element conductive plates and ensuring a good working environment |
| Refractory Materials | The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material. Positions prone to collision during loading and unloading (furnace opening, furnace bottom) adopt lightweight hollow ball alumina plates, which have high operating temperature, small heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, no cracking, no slag falling, and good insulation performance (energy-saving effect is more than 80% that of old-style electric furnaces) |
| Insulation Materials | Three-layer insulation is adopted, namely: aluminum silicate fiberboard, alumina fiberboard, and alumina (polycrystalline) fiberboard. The energy-saving effect is more than 80% that of old-style electric furnaces |
