Description
1200°C Vacuum/Atmosphere Rotary Tube Furnace with 310S Stainless Steel Tube
This 1200°C vacuum/controlled-atmosphere rotary tube furnace features a 310S stainless steel process tube and a rotary design. It offers a maximum heating rate of 20°C/min, with an adjustable tube rotation speed of 1–15 rpm. The furnace supports vacuum environments as well as the introduction of protective or reducing atmospheres (such as N₂ or H₂). Equipped with a three-zone temperature control system and a hydrogen safety system, it is well-suited for the continuous, dynamic thermal processing of powders and granular materials.
Product Features
- Large-Diameter Furnace Tube with 50–60L Effective Loading Capacity
Model AJ-1150KQGA features a furnace chamber with a diameter of 300 mm and a heating zone length of 2500 mm. The furnace tube measures Ø120 mm at both ends and Ø300 mm in the center, providing an effective loading capacity of 50–60 L. It is constructed from 310S stainless steel.

- Rotary Design with Steep Inclination for Controlled Material Flow
The furnace tube offers an adjustable rotation speed of 1–15 r/min and an inclination angle greater than 15°. This combination of rotation and a steep tilt ensures that materials tumble and advance continuously through the tube, resulting in uniform heating and controllable residence time, while preventing materials from sticking to the walls or clumping.
- Vertical-Lift Furnace Door for Convenient Loading and Unloading
The furnace door utilizes a vertical-lift mechanism (opening upward), facilitating the insertion/removal of the furnace tube as well as the loading and unloading of materials. The furnace body features a dual-layer, air-cooled design; an integrated airflow system cools the heating element terminals, effectively lowering their temperature and extending their service life.
- Dual-Purpose Vacuum and Atmosphere Operation with Comprehensive Hydrogen Safety Systems
Equipped with a mechanical rotary-vane vacuum pump and a rotary sealing mechanism, the unit also includes two rotameters (for gases such as N₂ and H₂). The hydrogen safety system comprises: a check valve at the exhaust port to prevent backflow; an ignition system and a flame detection sensor (which automatically closes the exhaust and hydrogen inlet valves if the flame is extinguished); and a hydrogen leak detection alarm that triggers an automatic valve shut-off.

- Exhaust Gas Treatment System with Automatic Ignition and Combustion
Equipped with an exhaust gas treatment system, the unit features automatic ignition and processes exhaust gases through combustion; it also includes a flame-out alarm. Hydrogen-containing exhaust gases can be burned off safely
- Closed-Loop SCR Phase-Shift Control with Multiple Protection Mechanisms
The system uses closed-loop silicon controlled phase shift control and supports constant voltage, constant current or constant power output. The control is a structure of current inner loop and voltage outer loop, which can stabilize the output even if the load fluctuates. Protection functions include: overcurrent, overvoltage, overtemperature, phase loss, soft start and feedback protection.
