Description

1600℃ Horizontal Hydrogen Furnace

The horizontal hydrogen furnace is a high-temperature atmosphere treatment device integrating a high-temperature heating system, a hydrogen protection system, a wet hydrogen conditioning system, a vacuum system, and a water-cooling safety system. The equipment adopts a horizontal heating structure and is suitable for material heat treatment in a hydrogen/nitrogen mixed atmosphere or a controlled wet hydrogen environment. It can perform processes such as decarburization annealing, reduction sintering, brazing, metal purification, and powder metallurgy processing. This equipment is widely used in metallurgy, new materials, electronic components, powder metallurgy, and scientific research fields, and is particularly suitable for processing Kovar alloys, precision alloys, and high-purity metal materials.

Product Features

  1. Horizontal Structure, Suitable for Batch Processing of Long Workpieces

Utilizing a horizontal structure design, the effective working area is 350mm × 350mm × 1000mm. Suitable for horizontal heat treatment of long, strip-shaped workpieces (such as pipes, bars, and strips), allowing for the processing of multiple or long workpieces at once, increasing single-batch capacity.

Large furnace size of horizontal hydrogen furnace
  1. Nitrogen-Hydrogen Mixed Atmosphere with Humidification Function

The sintering atmosphere is a nitrogen + hydrogen mixture, equipped with a humidification system and controllable water temperature heating. It meets the special requirements for water vapor partial pressure in processes such as Kovar metal decarburization annealing, brazing, and reduction sintering. Hydrogen pressure: 0.02-0.4MPa; Nitrogen pressure: 0.02-0.05MPa.

  1. Vacuum System, Multi-Mode Switching

Ultimate vacuum degree ≤ -0.09MPa (gauge pressure), allowing free switching between vacuum and atmospheric environments. Leakage rate (sealing performance) ≤ 0.5Pa/h, excellent sealing performance, meeting the high requirements of atmospheric protection processes.

  1. Multiple Safety Protections, Hydrogen Explosion-Proof Alarm

Safety features include low water pressure alarm, low gas pressure alarm, abnormal heating alarm, and hydrogen explosion-proof device alarm. Hydrogen safety is paramount in the equipment design, and the explosion-proof alarm ensures safe operation in a hydrogen atmosphere.

  1. High-Power Heating, Rapid Heating Rate

Rated power 100kW, maximum heating rate ≥20℃/min, rapid heating shortens the process cycle and improves production efficiency.
