Description

1200℃ Vertical Vacuum Atmosphere Sintering Furnace (High Vacuum Type)

The complete 1200℃ vertical vacuum atmosphere sintering furnace system consists of a vertical single-chamber vacuum furnace body, a vacuum system, a gas filling system, a water cooling system, an electrical control system, and a safety protection system. It can perform high-temperature heat treatment processes under vacuum, inert atmosphere, and various protective atmospheres.

The equipment adopts a vertical structure design, occupying a small area and facilitating loading and unloading, making it particularly suitable for laboratory and pilot production environments. The furnace chamber uses a vacuum-formed alumina fiber composite insulation structure, featuring low heat storage, rapid heating, and good energy-saving effects. The heating system is equipped with highly stable heating elements to ensure uniform furnace temperature and long-term stability.

Product Features

  1. Vertical Single-Chamber Structure, Suitable for Batch Processing

The furnace adopts a vertical single-chamber structure with furnace dimensions of 500×500×500mm, consisting of a furnace body, furnace door, furnace frame, and heating chamber. Both the furnace body and furnace door are double-walled water-cooled structures, with the inner wall made of welded carbon steel and the outer layer a protective shell. Suitable for batch vacuum sintering of alloy or non-metallic materials.

Vertical Single-Chamber Structure, Suitable for Batch Processing
  1. High Vacuum Degree and Excellent Sealing Performance

Ultimate vacuum degree: 6.67×10⁻³Pa; Pressure rise rate (empty furnace, cold state): ≤0.66Pa/h (calculated after 24 hours of pressure holding). Pumping rate (1×10⁻³Pa, room temperature empty furnace): ≤120min. The vacuum system consists of a mechanical pump, diffusion pump, pneumatic baffle valve, connectors, gauges, and auxiliary devices. Automatic programs can be set via a touchscreen to achieve automatic furnace cleaning, gas switching, and vacuuming operations.

1200℃ Vertical Vacuum Atmosphere Sintering Furnace
  1. Multi-Atmosphere Compatibility, Real-Time Oxygen Content Monitoring

Suitable for nitrogen, argon, carbon monoxide, oxygen, hydrogen, etc. Equipped with an oxygen analyzer to monitor residual oxygen content in the furnace in real time, ensuring a stable low-oxygen environment and preventing material oxidation and performance degradation. The gas charging system consists of a gas charging shut-off valve, gas collection manifold, solenoid valve, vacuum electric contact pressure gauge, etc., and the pipeline is equipped with a mass flow meter.

  1. Pneumatic Locking Side-Opening Door + Double-Wall Water Cooling, Safe Operation

The furnace door adopts a side-opening pneumatic locking structure, and both the furnace body and the furnace door are double-wall water-cooled structures. The water cooling system consists of a stainless steel shut-off valve, water inlet, drain tank, water pressure electric contact pressure gauge, etc. A chiller is included with the product, featuring audible and visual alarms and interlocking functions in case of water outage.

  1. 7-inch Touchscreen + Siemens PLC, 50-Segment Programmable

Utilizes a 7-inch TFT true-color touchscreen for display and recording, with a resolution of 800×480, and allows for easy switching between Chinese and English. The touchscreen allows for temperature curve creation (50 segments per curve), unlimited curve storage (each curve can be named in Chinese/English), historical trends, data reports, alarm information, and data export. The PLC uses a Siemens S7-200 main unit with expansion modules, and the control logic includes vacuuming, valve interlocking, heating control, and various alarms.
