Description

1600℃ Dual-Platform Lifting Electric Furnace

The 1600℃ dual-platform lifting electric furnace is a high-performance lifting furnace specifically designed for large-scale high-temperature sintering, ceramic firing, advanced material heat treatment, and continuous industrial production. The equipment adopts a dual-platform alternating operation design, allowing sintering on one platform while loading and unloading on the other, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing equipment waiting time.

The furnace has a maximum control temperature of 1700℃ and a long-term operating temperature of up to 1550℃. It utilizes 1700-type silicon molybdenum rods for perimeter heating, a three-zone independent temperature control system, and type B thermocouple temperature measurement to ensure stable and uniform temperature within the large furnace chamber. The furnace body features hydraulic lifting, an electric feeding and unloading platform, a five-layer high-efficiency insulation structure, and a dual-circuit safety protection system. It is also equipped with a 7-inch intelligent touchscreen, enabling programmable temperature control, historical curve storage, and operational data management.

Product Features

  1. Dual-Platform Continuous Alternating Operation, Doubling Production Efficiency

Equipped with two loading platforms, one for sintering inside the furnace and the other for loading and unloading outside, enabling continuous production. The loading platforms are electrically operated and hydraulically lifted, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. The loading platforms have a high load capacity, suitable for continuous processing of large batches of heavy workpieces.

  1. Extra-Large Furnace Chamber, Strong Batch Processing Capacity

The furnace chamber dimensions are 4000×800×800mm, with a volume of 2.56 cubic meters. The extra-large effective space can simultaneously process large batches of samples or large-sized workpieces. Suitable for large-scale industrial mass production.

  1. Multi-Level Composite Insulation Structure, Significant Energy Savings

The four-sided insulation layer adopts a five-layer structure: 120mm of 1700-type lightweight energy-saving microporous foam ceramic high-temperature insulation material, 50mm of 1500-type alumina fiberboard, 50mm of 1400-type alumina fiberboard, 50mm of 1400-type alumina fiberboard, and 100mm of zirconium-containing insulation cotton. The furnace roof features a three-layer arched design with multiple layers of insulation to ensure effective heat retention.

  1. Excellent sealing performance with cross-sealing between the furnace opening and the charging platform.

The furnace opening has four cross-steps, using a combination of 1700-type alumina hollow spherical bricks and 1500-type M28 bricks. The charging platform also has four cross-steps, forming a stepped cross-sealing with the furnace opening, effectively preventing heat leakage and improving thermal efficiency.

  1. Multi-point independent temperature control with controllable temperature uniformity.

Three temperature control points (left, center, and right) provide independent temperature control with an accuracy of ±1℃. Furnace temperature uniformity is ±15℃ (depending on furnace size). Heating elements are 1700-type silicon molybdenum rods installed around the furnace chamber, forming a four-sided three-dimensional heating field.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. What are the advantages of the dual-feeder design?

The dual-feeder design allows for alternating sintering on one side and loading/unloading on the other, significantly reducing waiting time and improving equipment utilization, making it ideal for continuous production.

  1. What is the maximum operating temperature of the equipment?

The equipment can control temperatures up to 1700℃. The recommended long-term continuous operating temperature is ≤1550℃ to ensure optimal service life and stability.

  1. Can a protective atmosphere or vacuum be introduced?

The standard model does not use a vacuum sealing structure; therefore, it is not recommended to introduce flammable, explosive, or vacuum process atmospheres. If a protective atmosphere sintering is required, a custom sealing structure can be customized according to process requirements.

  1. Is the heating rate adjustable?

Yes. The equipment supports programmed heating. Below 1400℃, the maximum heating rate is 10℃/min; above 1400℃, the maximum is 5℃/min, and the minimum is adjustable to 1℃/h, meeting the sintering process requirements of different materials.

  1. How to ensure uniform temperature in a large furnace?

The equipment adopts an independent temperature control system for three temperature zones (left, right, and center), combined with uniform heating around the 1700-type silicon molybdenum rod and a high-performance insulation structure, which can effectively ensure uniform temperature field within the large furnace, meeting the sintering requirements of large workpieces and batch products.
