Description

Vacuum Atmosphere Hot Press Furnace

A vacuum atmosphere hot press furnace is a high-end material preparation equipment integrating high-temperature sintering, vacuum environment control, atmosphere protection, and precision pressure forming. The equipment can operate at temperatures up to 1200℃ and is widely used in powder metallurgy, advanced ceramics, composite materials, functional materials, and scientific research. It can achieve material densification sintering and hot pressing in vacuum or various protective atmospheres.

The equipment adopts a vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight polycarbonate lining structure, combined with a multi-layer insulation and water-cooling system design, ensuring stable operation and excellent temperature uniformity under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

Product Features

  1. Simultaneous High Temperature and High Pressure Application

This equipment can apply pressure of 0.5-150 tons (customizable according to customer requirements) to materials while heating, achieving simultaneous high temperature and high pressure. It adopts an electric precision hydraulic press with digital display and manual pressure adjustment in N (Newtons). Equipped with imported solenoid valves, it maintains excellent pressure. Pressure and temperature changes are recorded in real time via a paper printer, enabling traceable process data.

  1. Dual-Use Vacuum and Atmosphere Functionality

The vacuum level can reach -0.1 MPa (1 Pa, -1 Pa, 0.01 Pa, etc. are available upon request). It can handle various gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, carbon monoxide, and oxygen. Free conversion between vacuum and atmosphere allows for meeting the stringent atmospheric requirements of materials such as hard alloys, functional ceramics, and powder metallurgy.

  1. Three-Layer Shell + Air-Cooled Double-Layer Structure

The electric furnace adopts a three-layer shell design, with a double-layer air-cooled structure. Effective air-cooling guide baffles ensure overall cold air circulation within the furnace shell. The water-cooled components cover the furnace top, furnace opening, furnace door, and outer shell, equipped with a high-temperature circulating water pump, circulating water tank, and water radiator, featuring a water-saving design. The furnace shell temperature remains below 45℃ during continuous operation without shutting down the furnace.

  1. Tapered Step Soft Seal

The furnace opening features a 3-4 layer tapered step soft seal structure, with elastic high-temperature sealing strips arranged on the steps to effectively absorb the thermal expansion of the refractory material between the furnace opening and the charging platform. The upper and lower pressure head molds are made of high-temperature alloy steel with water-cooling protection, ensuring a long service life under high temperature and pressure.

  1. Automatic Safety Pressure Relief System

Signals from an electrical contact pressure gauge or pressure sensor drive the control module to close the electromagnetic inlet valve and activate the electromagnetic exhaust valve and alarm. This effectively prevents blockage of the exhaust port or excessive pressure, ensuring safe operation of the equipment.
