Description
High-Temperature Sintering Vacuum Furnace (with Rapid Cooling System)
This high-temperature sintering vacuum furnace is specifically designed and manufactured for the vacuum sintering process of alloy materials, non-metallic materials, and high-performance new materials. The equipment adopts a horizontal single-chamber structure design, integrating a vacuum system, rapid cooling system, gas filling system, water cooling system, pneumatic system, and intelligent electrical control system. It can achieve stable sintering and rapid cooling under high-temperature vacuum conditions.
Product Features (Sintering Vacuum Furnace with Rapid Cooling)
- High Vacuum Sintering Environment
The equipment adopts a high-performance vacuum system consisting of a diffusion pump, a Roots pump, and a mechanical pump, with an ultimate vacuum of up to 10⁻⁴ Pa, which can effectively reduce material oxidation and impurity contamination, and improve sintering purity and density.
- Rapid Cooling System, Significantly Shortened Process Cycle
Equipped with a rapid cooling system, it only takes 1-2 hours to cool down from 800℃ to 80℃. Compared with natural cooling, this greatly shortens the cooling time and improves equipment utilization and production efficiency.
- Customizable Effective Working Area
The effective working area size is 300×220×220mm (customizable according to customer requirements), flexibly adapting to the sintering needs of samples of different specifications.
- Fast Heating Rate, No-Load Heating ≤120 Minutes
Heating to 1300℃ under no-load takes no more than 120 minutes, resulting in high heating efficiency and a shortened process cycle.
- High-purity molybdenum heating element with multi-point support
The heating element uses high-purity molybdenum wire/rod/sheet with a multi-point support structure, ensuring uniform heating, stable high-temperature performance, and long service life.
