Description

1600℃ High-Temperature Lifting Furnace

This 1600℃ high-temperature lifting furnace adopts a bottom-opening lifting structure design. The equipment utilizes a corundum-mullite furnace chamber structure and a high-performance silicon molybdenum rod heating system, possessing excellent temperature field uniformity, rapid heating capability, and long-term high-temperature stable operation performance.

The furnace employs an internationally advanced double-layer air-cooled furnace body structure, combined with an intelligent PID program temperature control system, achieving automatic heating, automatic heat preservation, and automatic cooling operation. The bottom-opening electric lifting platform design facilitates high-temperature loading and unloading, improving operational safety and work efficiency, making it an ideal equipment for high-temperature material sintering and heat treatment.

Product Features (High Temperature Lifting Furnace)

  1. Bottom-opening door structure for convenient and safe loading

Utilizing a bottom-opening electric lifting structure, the loading platform can be automatically raised and lowered, facilitating the loading and unloading of high-temperature samples and improving operational safety.

  1. 1600℃ Ultra-high temperature, Type B thermocouple temperature measurement

With a maximum operating temperature of 1600℃, it uses silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, vertically installed around the furnace chamber for uniform heating. The temperature sensing element uses platinum-rhodium-platinum Type B thermocouples, with a temperature measurement range of 0-1820℃, temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, and furnace temperature uniformity of ±3℃ (depending on the size of the heating chamber).

  1. Corundum-mullite furnace chamber

The furnace lining is made of corundum-mullite material, which is resistant to high temperatures, rapid heating and cooling, and has good thermal stability. Furnace chamber dimensions (diameter × height): 300 × 300 mm, suitable for small to medium batch high-temperature sintering processes.
