Description

Nitrogen Rotary Furnace, 1000℃, Inclined Rotating Atmosphere Tube Furnace

This nitrogen rotary furnace is specifically designed for continuous heat treatment, calcination, drying, and atmosphere-protected sintering of powder materials. The tilting, rotatable furnace tube structure allows for continuous feeding and discharging and supports operation under a nitrogen protective atmosphere, effectively preventing material oxidation and improving product consistency and production efficiency.

The equipment employs an air-cooled double-layer furnace body structure, high-purity alumina lightweight insulation material, and an intelligent PID programmable temperature control system, ensuring stable heating, uniform temperature distribution, and continuous operation. It is suitable for laboratory, pilot-scale, and small-batch continuous production.

Product Features (Nitrogen Rotary Furnace)

  1. Large Diameter 310S Stainless Steel Furnace Tubes, Large Capacity

This Nitrogen Rotary Furnace features furnace tubes made of 310S stainless steel, with an inner diameter of 310mm (outer diameter 325mm), diameters at both ends of 159mm, a total length of 1600mm, and a heating zone of 1000mm. The large diameter design allows for high batch throughput, suitable for large-scale dynamic heat treatment of powdery and granular materials.

  1. Rotatable and Tilting, Electric Tilting

The furnace tubes utilize mechanical bearing drive for automatic rotation, with an adjustable drum rotation speed of 0-5 revolutions per second. The furnace tilt angle is adjustable from 0-30°, and the tilting mechanism is electrically driven, making operation convenient and labor-saving. Feed and discharge are at the same end, with the furnace tilting for easy material loading and unloading.

  1. Nitrogen Atmosphere Protection

A nitrogen protective atmosphere can be introduced to meet the requirements of non-oxidizing heat treatment processes. The furnace tube has a DN8 air inlet at the top and a DN25 exhaust port at the inlet and outlet. It features a stainless steel metal flange seal (graphite packing) for reliable sealing performance.

  1. Adjustable heating rate, up to 10℃/min

The heating rate can be freely adjusted from 1℃/h to 10℃/min, allowing users to flexibly set the heating speed according to different materials and process requirements.

  1. Centralized touchscreen control

Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen for setting temperature profiles, providing intuitive and convenient operation.
