Description

High-Temperature Sintering Vacuum Furnace

High-temperature vacuum sintering furnaces are mainly used for vacuum sintering, vacuum heat treatment, and high-temperature experimental processes of alloy materials, ceramic materials, and non-metallic materials. The equipment adopts a modular system design, consisting of a vacuum furnace main unit, vacuum system, gas filling system, water cooling system, pneumatic system, and intelligent electrical control system, which can meet the requirements of high-temperature, high-vacuum, and high-stability processes.

This series of equipment is available in horizontal and vertical structures. The equipment features high vacuum, high-temperature uniformity, and intelligent programmable temperature control, and can be widely used in high-performance material sintering and special material heat treatment processes.

Product Features (Sintering Vacuum Furnace)

  1. Horizontal/Vertical Structures Available

Horizontal Vacuum Furnace: Primarily used for vacuum sintering of alloy or non-metallic materials.
Vertical Vacuum Furnace: Composed of a horizontal main unit (single chamber), vacuum system, gas filling system, water cooling system, pneumatic system, and electrical control system.

  1. High Vacuum, Ultimate Vacuum 10⁻⁴ Pa

Ultimate vacuum 10⁻⁴ Pa, working vacuum 10⁻² Pa. Pumping speed: Reaches working vacuum within 20 minutes (diffusion pump preheating for 40 minutes). Pressure rise rate 1-6 Pa/h, excellent vacuum holding performance.

  1. Furnace Temperature Uniformity ±5℃, Temperature Control Accuracy ±1℃

Tested at 1200℃ at nine points, furnace temperature uniformity is ±5℃. Temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, meeting the stringent temperature requirements of high-end vacuum sintering processes.

  1. Effective Working Area: 800×400×400mm

The effective working area is 800×400×400mm, with a moderate volume suitable for small to medium batch vacuum sintering of alloy and non-metallic materials.

  1. Rapid Heating Rate: No-load Heating Time ≤ 120 Minutes

It takes no more than 120 minutes to reach 1400℃ under no-load conditions, demonstrating high heating efficiency and shortening the process cycle.

  1. Integrated System

The equipment consists of a vacuum system, a gas filling system, a water cooling system, a pneumatic system, and an electrical control system. It is supplied as a complete set and can be used immediately upon on-site installation.

Application Areas (Sintering Vacuum Furnace)

  • Alloy Material Vacuum Sintering: Suitable for vacuum sintering of high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, hard alloys, magnetic alloys, etc., to obtain high-density, high-performance alloy products.
  • Non-metallic Material Vacuum Sintering: Suitable for vacuum sintering of non-metallic materials such as ceramics, carbon materials, and composite materials.
  • Powder Metallurgy: Suitable for vacuum sintering of metal powders and alloy powders. The high vacuum environment removes gases adsorbed on the powder surface, improving the density and performance of the sintered body.
  • Aerospace Materials: Suitable for vacuum sintering of key materials such as aerospace high-temperature alloys and ceramic matrix composites.
  • New Material Development: Suitable for research on vacuum sintering processes for new materials such as special ceramics, high-temperature alloys, and composite materials.
