Description
Titanium Alloy Dehydrogenation Annealing Vacuum Furnace
This vacuum furnace is specifically designed for the dehydrogenation annealing process of titanium alloys and high-performance metal materials. It adopts a horizontal dual-chamber heating structure and is suitable for vacuum annealing, dehydrogenation treatment, heat treatment, and high-temperature process experiments. The equipment uses a “one-to-two” system design, allowing two furnaces to operate in staggered shifts, effectively utilizing non-heating time and significantly improving production efficiency and equipment utilization.
The entire machine consists of a twin-horizontal main unit, vacuum system, water cooling system, pneumatic system, gas filling system, electrical control system, and heating and power supply system, possessing a high degree of automated control capabilities. The system operates stably and reliably, and is widely used in aerospace, titanium alloy processing, powder metallurgy, new materials, and research institutes.
Product Features (Vacuum Annealing Furnace)
- Dual-System Design, Doubling Production Efficiency
This vacuum annealing furnace adopts a dual-system design, sharing the electrical control system and vacuum system. The two furnace bodies heat independently at different times. While one furnace body is heating and holding at a specific temperature, the other can be used for loading and unloading, effectively utilizing non-heating time and significantly improving production efficiency.
- Dual-System Redundancy Design, High Reliability
The vacuum system and water cooling system employ a dual-system design. If one system fails, the other system can still ensure the normal operation of the vacuum annealing furnace, ensuring equipment reliability and process continuity.
- Large-Capacity Isostatic Zone, Maximum Load Capacity 1000kg
The issostatic zone dimensions are 600×600×3200mm (width×height×length), with a maximum load capacity of 1000kg (cold state, including the material rack), suitable for batch dehydrogenation annealing of large titanium alloy workpieces.
- High Vacuum, Ultimate Vacuum 10⁻⁴ Pa
Ultimate vacuum of 10⁻⁴ Pa (empty furnace, cold state), pressure rise rate ≤0.67 Pa/h, excellent vacuum holding performance, meeting the stringent requirements of high vacuum environment for titanium alloy dehydrogenation annealing.
- 6-Zone Independent Temperature Control, Furnace Temperature Uniformity ±5℃
Six-point temperature control is adopted, with zoned control along the length of the furnace body. Furnace temperature uniformity is ±5℃, and temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, ensuring consistent temperature for long workpieces and uniform dehydrogenation effect.
- Stainless Steel Reflector Heating Chamber
The heating chamber uses a multi-layer metal reflector made of 310S and 304 stainless steel, offering high reflection efficiency, good heat preservation performance, and significant energy-saving effect.
- Water-Cooled Furnace Structure
The furnace body adopts a water-cooled structure, resulting in a low furnace shell temperature and safe operation. The furnace door opens from the side, with pneumatic locking and manual opening and closing, ensuring convenient operation and reliable sealing.
