Description
1000℃ Multi-Zone Tube Furnace
This 1000℃ multi-zone tube furnace adopts a five-zone independent heating structure and is equipped with quartz glass furnace tubes, a mechanical vane vacuum pump and a float flowmeter, enabling it to conduct high-temperature experiments in vacuum, inert atmosphere and controlled atmosphere environments. Each temperature zone is independently controlled, allowing for the formation of stable temperature gradients or ultra-long isothermal zones, meeting the process requirements of material diffusion, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), powder sintering, and functional material preparation.
Product Features
- Five Independent Temperature Zones for Excellent Temperature Uniformity
Features five independent temperature zones, each 250mm in length, with a total heating zone diameter of 100×1250mm. Four independent temperature controllers ensure a temperature uniformity within ±1℃, meeting the stringent requirements for temperature consistency for long materials.
- Electric Up-and-Down Opening Furnace Door for Safe and Convenient Operation
The furnace door uses an electric up-and-down opening mechanism, preventing the inner wall of the door from scorching your arms during high-temperature material removal. Stainless steel latches effectively lock the furnace door, allowing for free expansion and contraction of the refractory material while maintaining an effective seal.
- Quartz Glass Furnace Tube for Easy Observation
The furnace tube is made of quartz glass, 100mm in diameter, with a total heating length of 1250mm across the five temperature zones. The transparent quartz tube facilitates observation of sample state and color changes during the process, making it suitable for experiments requiring close monitoring of the heating process.
- Dual-purpose for vacuum and atmosphere operation, with a wide range of processes.
Equipped with a mechanical rotary vane pump and a float flow meter (30L/min), it can handle various gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon, air, etc.). It meets the needs of various processes such as vacuum sintering, atmosphere protection, and reaction atmospheres.
