Description

1700℃ Digital Lifting High-Temperature Stirring Furnace

The digital lifting high-temperature stirring furnace is a laboratory high-temperature equipment integrating high-temperature sintering, melting, reaction, stirring, and automatic lifting. It is specifically designed for universities, research institutes, new materials research and development, and industrial experiments. The equipment uses imported German high-purity alumina fiber lining, 1800-type silicon molybdenum rod heating elements, and an intelligent PID program temperature control system. The maximum operating temperature can reach 1700℃, with a long-term stable operating temperature of 1650℃.

This equipment adopts a bottom-opening electric lifting structure, with automatic lifting of the loading platform. It is equipped with a high-temperature ceramic stirring system on the furnace top, enabling forward and reverse rotation and up-and-down reciprocating stirring to ensure uniform melt composition. An optional infrared monitoring system allows for real-time observation of the melt state inside the furnace, significantly improving experimental safety and operational efficiency. It is an ideal device for high-temperature melting, ceramic sintering, glass melting, and high-temperature materials research.

Product Features

  1. High-Temperature Stirring Device for Excellent Melt Uniformity

Utilizing a furnace top-mounted insertion stirring structure, the high-temperature ceramic stirring rod is driven by a variable frequency motor, with a continuously adjustable stirring speed of 0-30 r/min. The stirring shaft can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise in both directions and simultaneously move up and down by ±5 cm during stirring. This effectively ensures the temperature and composition uniformity of the high-temperature melt, making it particularly suitable for smelting and alloying processes.

High-Temperature Stirring Device for Excellent Melt Uniformity
  1. Infrared Monitoring Function for Real-Time Furnace Monitoring

Equipped with an infrared camera, it enables real-time monitoring of the furnace temperature distribution and melt state. Operators can visually observe the material state and melt flow within the furnace through a multimedia display terminal, allowing them to monitor the process progress without opening the furnace.

  1. Bottom-Opening Door with Vertical Lifting and Fully Automatic Electric Control

Equipped with a bottom-opening door structure, the charging platform features fully automatic electric lifting and lowering with adjustable lifting time. The firing time is adjustable (1-9999S) after the charging platform rises and (1-9999S) after it descends, achieving fully automatic linkage control between lifting and firing. 4. Loading Platform Load Capacity: 1-50KG (Customizable).

  1. RS485 Remote Control, 50-Segment Programmable Temperature Control

Features 50-segment programmable temperature control, allowing input and setting of multiple temperature curves that can be recalled at will. The RS485 communication interface has a communication distance of up to 1000 meters. The furnace can be centrally controlled via a touchscreen, including start-up, pause, stop, temperature curve setting, reading, and parameter setting.

  1. Stepped Cross-Sealing, Four-Layer Insulation Structure

The furnace opening and charging platform refractory materials are fitted with a stepped cross-sealing system. The refractory materials have angles at both the top and bottom, increasing the opening angle of the charging platform and gradually decreasing it as it closes, forming a self-locking seal. The insulation material uses a four-layer structure (alumina fiber cotton, alumina fiberboard, alumina polycrystalline fiberboard, and vacuum-formed high-purity alumina fiber lightweight board), improving energy efficiency by over 80% compared to older electric furnaces.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. What is the highest temperature this high-temperature stirring furnace can reach?

The maximum operating temperature of the equipment can reach 1700℃. It is recommended to keep the long-term continuous operating temperature below 1650℃ to achieve optimal stability and extend the lifespan of the heating elements.

  1. What are the functions of the stirring system?

The equipment uses a top-mounted, insertable high-temperature ceramic stirring rod, supporting stepless speed regulation from 0–30 r/min. It can achieve forward, reverse, and reciprocating motion, ensuring thorough mixing of the high-temperature melt and improving material homogeneity.

  1. Does it support automatic program control?

Yes. The equipment has a 50-segment programmable temperature control function, allowing users to freely set heating, holding, and cooling curves. It also supports pause, cycle, and segment skipping functions, and can store and recall multiple process programs.

  1. Does it support remote computer control?

Yes. The equipment comes standard with an RS485 communication interface, which can be connected to a computer or touchscreen to achieve equipment start/stop control, temperature curve setting, historical data recording, and operational status monitoring, facilitating experimental data management.

5. What precautions should be taken during use?

It is recommended to control the heating and cooling rates at 10–20℃/min to extend the service life of the silicon molybdenum rods. This equipment is not suitable for vacuum environments and flammable or explosive gases should not be introduced. If corrosive gases are required, a special furnace chamber should be customized in advance, and direct contact between the high-temperature molten metal and the furnace bottom should be avoided; an alumina pad can be used for isolation.
