Description
Cleanroom Atmosphere Lift-Type Heating Furnace | 600℃ High-Temperature Hot Air Circulating Atmosphere Lift-Type Furnace
The cleanroom atmosphere Lifting Furnace is an industrial electric heating device specifically designed for high-cleanliness and high-uniformity heat treatment processes. The equipment uses high-temperature resistance heating elements and a hot air circulation system to achieve uniform temperature distribution within the furnace. Combined with the lift-type furnace body structure, it facilitates workpiece loading and unloading, improving production efficiency. The equipment is equipped with an atmosphere control interface, allowing the introduction of protective gas according to process requirements, and uses an intelligent temperature control system to achieve programmed heating, constant temperature, and cooling control.
Utilizing a 304 stainless steel cleanroom inner liner, forced hot air circulation structure, double-layer air-cooled furnace body, and a 50-segment programmable control system, it effectively ensures furnace temperature stability, a clean environment, and long-term operational reliability, meeting the needs of industrial applications with high requirements for temperature accuracy and product quality.
Product Features
- Clean and Dust-Free Design, Six-Sided 304 Stainless Steel Inner Liner
The inner liner is made of 3mm thick 304 stainless steel plate on all six sides, keeping it clean and dust-free, rust-proof, and easy to clean. The inner liner is reinforced with stainless steel square tubing around its perimeter to ensure structural strength. Particularly suitable for heat treatment processes involving materials with strict cleanliness requirements.
- Forced Hot Air Circulation, Temperature Uniformity ±2℃
A hot air stirring system is designed on both sides of the furnace, with one 0.75KW fan motor on each side. The impeller is a 10.5-inch 310S stainless steel centrifugal impeller, with speed infinitely adjustable via a frequency converter. Hot air is evenly blown into the working chamber through the side ducts, exchanges heat with the workpiece, and then returns to the top duct, forming a forced convection circulation. The effective working area (600×600×600mm) has a temperature uniformity of ±2℃, and the four thermocouples on all four sides also contribute to a ±2℃ uniformity.
- Top-mounted lifting structure with electric dual-screw synchronous lifting
The furnace body adopts a top-mounted structure, consisting of a chassis and a housing. The chassis is fixed to the ground to support the workpiece, while the housing (front, back, left, right, and top) can be vertically lifted as a whole. The lifting device is driven by two servo motors, employing an electric dual-screw synchronous lifting structure. The lifting position is detected in real time by an electronic ruler and integrated into the control system, allowing for setting the lifting height and precise display and monitoring of the displacement distance.
- Resistance wire covered with quartz glass tube for pollution-free heating
The heating element uses a resistance wire covered with a quartz glass tube , installed around the furnace chamber. The quartz glass tube effectively isolates the heating element from the furnace environment, preventing oxidation and volatilization of contaminants from the heating element, ensuring the cleanliness of the processing environment.
