Description
Fully Automatic Air-Cooled or Water-Cooled Thermal Shock Furnace
This fully automatic air-cooled or water-cooled thermal shock furnace is an intelligent experimental device specifically designed for testing the thermal shock performance of high-temperature materials. It integrates high-temperature heating, automatic transfer, air-cooled/water-cooled thermal shock, and PLC program control, enabling unattended automatic cyclic testing. The equipment adopts an electric top-opening door structure, automatic feeding and discharging mechanism, and intelligent temperature control system. It can complete heating, holding, transfer, rapid cooling, and cyclic testing according to a preset program, significantly improving the efficiency and repeatability of thermal shock testing.
The furnace body adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure with a high-purity alumina lightweight furnace lining, combined with silicon carbide heating elements. The maximum long-term operating temperature can reach 1300℃, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. The system supports multiple thermal shock methods, including air-cooled, water-cooled, or gas-cooled.
Product Features
- Fully Automatic Thermal Shock Cycling, Unattended Operation
Utilizing PLC + Touchscreen fully automatic control, the built-in Siemens PLC module serves as a counter and holding timer. After one-button start, the complete thermal shock process is automatically executed: furnace door opens → workpiece enters → temperature reaches the set point → workpiece is pulled out → furnace door closes → rapid cooling with air (or water/air cooling) → return to high temperature → repeat cycle, the number of repetitions can be freely set. Truly achieving unattended, fully automatic thermal shock testing.
- Dual Cooling Modes Available (Air and Water Cooling)
The equipment is compatible with both air and water cooling methods, allowing users to flexibly choose according to material characteristics and testing standards. Air cooling mode is suitable for conventional thermal shock testing, while water cooling mode is suitable for rapid cooling and heating tests with higher cooling rate requirements. PLC-controlled electric water inlet ensures precise and controllable cooling process.
- PLC + Touchscreen Automatic Control System
Equipped with an intelligent YuDian 708 temperature controller that communicates and reads data with the PLC and touchscreen. The touchscreen allows setting and displaying parameters such as temperature, stage number, time, remaining time, output power percentage, voltage, and current. The program can store multiple process curves, and historical data is traceable.
- Electric top-opening door + electric movement for automatic workpiece entry and exit
The furnace door uses a PLC-controlled electric top-opening mechanism, allowing workpieces to automatically enter and exit the furnace chamber via an electric movement mechanism. This eliminates the need for manual operation, avoiding the risk of burns from high temperatures and improving testing safety and repeatability.
