Description

High-Temperature Vertical Open-Type Tube Furnace

This high-temperature vertical open-type tube furnace features a vertical, openable furnace body structure, facilitating rapid sample loading and unloading and furnace tube replacement. It is suitable for various processes including high-temperature sintering, heat treatment, atmosphere protection experiments, vacuum reactions, and materials research and development. The equipment can operate at a maximum temperature of 1250℃, with a long-term stable operating temperature of 1200℃. It utilizes silicon carbide heating rods and a high-purity alumina fiber insulation structure, featuring rapid heating, uniform temperature field, high temperature control accuracy, and excellent energy efficiency.

The equipment can be configured with a complete gas control cabinet, supporting various protective atmospheres and vacuum environments. It is equipped with an intelligent programmable temperature control system and RS485/RS232/USB communication interfaces, enabling automatic temperature control, process curve storage, and remote computer control.

Product Features

  1. Vertical Structure, Suitable for Heat Treatment of Long Workpieces

The furnace body adopts a vertical structure, with workpieces vertically loaded into the furnace tubes from the top. This is particularly suitable for the heat treatment of long, high aspect ratio workpieces (such as long bars, long tubes, and long shafts). Vertical placement effectively prevents workpieces from bending and deforming under their own weight at high temperatures.

  1. Open Furnace Chamber Design

The furnace chamber adopts an open structure, allowing for easy replacement of furnace tubes or cleaning and maintenance. Users can flexibly choose between stainless steel tubes, quartz glass tubes, and corundum tubes according to process requirements, without the need for a complete equipment replacement.

  1. Uniform Heating Field Around the Furnace Tubes

Heating elements (silicon carbide rods) are installed around the furnace tubes, arranged horizontally with the tubes. The temperature uniformity within the furnace is ±1℃, and the temperature control accuracy is ±1℃. The maximum operating temperature is 1250℃, and the long-term operating temperature is 1200℃.

  1. Equipped Gas Control Cabinet

Equipped with an independent gas control cabinet, offering two types of gas (selectable from 1 to 10 types). Imported stainless steel valves, two flow meters (0-300 ml/min, optional mass flow meter, float flow meter, etc.). Gas mixing ratio is achieved by adjusting the values of each inlet flow meter. Equipped with a dual-indicator pressure gauge for both positive and negative pressure.

  1. Pressure Protection + Gas Leak Alarm

The pressure protection system receives signals from an electrical contact pressure gauge or pressure sensor, driving the control module to close the electromagnetic inlet valve and activate the electromagnetic exhaust valve and alarm. The gas leak alarm device automatically shuts off the electric heater and gas supply and activates the exhaust system when it detects excessive levels of toxic or hazardous gases in the indoor air.
