Description

1700℃ Three-Zone Tubular Furnace

The 1700℃ three-zone Tube Furnace is a high-performance experimental and industrial device specifically designed for ultra-high temperature heat treatment, sintering, annealing, diffusion, material synthesis, and atmosphere experiments. The equipment employs a three-zone independent temperature control system, coupled with silicon molybdenum rod heating elements and type B thermocouples. Its long-term operating temperature can reach 1600℃, with a maximum temperature of 1700℃, achieving a longer constant temperature zone and higher furnace temperature uniformity. The entire unit is equipped with an independent electrical control cabinet, a 10-inch touchscreen, 50-segment programmable temperature control, and an RS485 communication interface, supporting automated temperature curve control, data recording, and remote communication.

Product Features

  1. Three Independent Temperature Zones, Excellent Ultra-High Temperature Performance

Features three independent temperature control zones, with heating zone dimensions of 130×300×3 mm (excluding furnace tubes). Each of the three temperature control points is independently controlled, ensuring a temperature field uniformity within the furnace of ±1℃ and a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃. Maximum temperature is 1700℃, long-term operating temperature is ≤1600℃, and type B thermocouple temperature measurement meets the requirements for ultra-high temperature material processing.

  1. Independent Electrical Control Cabinet, 50-Segment Programmable Control

Equipped with an independent electrical control cabinet, using a 10-inch touchscreen for 50-segment programming, enabling arbitrary slope temperature rise and fall control. The heating rate is adjustable from 1℃/h to 15℃/min, and includes programmable commands such as jump (cycle), run, pause, and stop. The touchscreen interface is intuitive and user-friendly.

  1. Silicon Molybdenum Rod Heating, Arranged on Both Sides of the Furnace Tube

The heating elements are silicon molybdenum rods, installed on both sides of the furnace tube to form a uniform heating field. Silicon molybdenum rods have excellent high-temperature performance and are suitable for long-term stable operation under ultra-high temperature conditions of 1700℃.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. What are the advantages of a three-zone tube furnace compared to a single-zone furnace?

A three-zone furnace uses three independent temperature control systems, creating a longer constant temperature zone with higher temperature uniformity. This is particularly suitable for processes with high temperature field requirements, such as diffusion, sintering, CVD, and heat treatment.

  1. What is the maximum operating temperature of the furnace?

The maximum operating temperature of the equipment is 1700℃. It is recommended that the long-term continuous operating temperature not exceed 1600℃ to ensure the lifespan of the heating elements and the long-term stable operation of the equipment.

  1. Does it support atmosphere testing or a vacuum system?

Yes. The equipment can be configured with quartz tubes, corundum tubes, and atmosphere control systems according to process requirements. It can be used with protective atmospheres such as nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, and oxygen, and can also be used with a vacuum system.

  1. Does the control system support data logging and remote communication?

Yes. The equipment is equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen and an RS485 communication interface, allowing for program setting, real-time monitoring, historical data recording, and connection to a host computer for remote control and data management.

  1. Can non-standard customization be done according to experimental needs?

Yes. Furnace tube size, heating zone length, number of temperature zones, control system, vacuum atmosphere system, automatic feeding and discharging device, and other special configurations can be customized according to customer needs to meet different scientific research and industrial production requirements.
