Description

Automatic Constant Pressure Vacuum Atmosphere Hot Press Furnace

The Automatic Constant Pressure Vacuum Atmosphere Hot Press Furnace is a high-performance experimental and production equipment integrating high-temperature sintering, vacuum control, atmosphere protection, and automatic constant pressure hot pressing. The equipment’s maximum operating temperature can reach 1650℃, with a long-term stable operating temperature of 1600℃. It adopts a high-temperature U-shaped silicon molybdenum rod heating system and a double-layer air-cooled furnace body structure, combined with a high-precision hydraulic system, to achieve automatic control of temperature, pressure, vacuum, and atmosphere throughout the entire process.

The equipment supports automatic constant pressure and manual pressure adjustment. It can automatically adjust the pressure curve according to the sintering process, achieving a constant pressure accuracy of ±0.2T and a pressure adjustment accuracy of ±1‰.

Product Features

  1. Automatic Constant Pressure Control, Pressure Accuracy ±0.2T

Equipped with an electric precision hydraulic press, pressure range from 0.5-150 tons (customizable). Pressure is adjusted automatically/manually via digital display, supporting programmable pressure curve control with an accuracy of ±1‰. Equipped with imported solenoid valves, maintaining constant pressure with an accuracy of ±0.2T and excellent pressure holding performance. Pressure and temperature change data are digitally stored, enabling complete process data traceability.

  1. Dual-Use Vacuum and Atmosphere Functionality, Multi-Atmosphere Compatibility

Vacuum level up to -0.1Mpa (1Pa, -1Pa, 0.01Pa, etc., customizable), compatible with various gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, carbon monoxide, and oxygen. Free conversion between vacuum and atmosphere allows for meeting the stringent atmospheric requirements of ultra-high temperature alloys and special ceramics.

  1. U-Shaped Silicon Molybdenum Rod Heating for Ultra-High Temperature Performance

Uses high-temperature U-shaped silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, installed around the furnace chamber to form a four-dimensional heating field. Type B thermocouples have a temperature measurement range of 0-1820℃, a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃, and a furnace temperature uniformity of ±1℃.

  1. Multi-layer sealing + pressure protection system

The furnace opening is equipped with a 3-4 layer tapered stepped soft-seal structure, with elastic high-temperature sealing strips arranged on the steps to effectively absorb thermal expansion. The pressure protection system receives signals from an electrical contact pressure gauge or pressure sensor, automatically closing the electromagnetic inlet valve, activating the electromagnetic exhaust valve, and triggering the alarm to prevent excessive pressure from causing danger.
