PRODUCT PARAMETERS
Description
1200°C High Temperature Lifting Furnace
This 1200°C elevator-type Lifting Furnace features a hydraulic or electric lifting system for the loading platform, utilizes high-temperature alloy resistance elements, and is equipped with a high-temperature hot-air circulation system. It has a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C, an effective heating zone of 2000 × 1000 × 1200 mm, and a loading platform capacity of 2 tons. It is suitable for high-temperature heat treatment and controlled-atmosphere processing of large-scale workpieces.
Product Features
- Extra-Large Effective Heating Zone with 2-Ton Hydraulic Lifting Loading Platform
The effective heating zone measures 2000 × 1000 × 1200 mm (L × W × H), with a designed power of approximately 150 kW. The loading platform features a hydraulic lifting mechanism and a 2-ton load capacity, making it suitable for the heat treatment of large workpieces or high-volume batches of materials. The platform utilizes an electromechanical lifting system. The interface between the furnace opening and the loading platform employs a stepped, interlocking refractory seal; the refractory edges are angled to allow for a wider opening, while the angles gradually narrow upon closing to create a self-locking, airtight seal.

- High-Temperature Circulation Fan with Perimeter and Bottom Heating; Furnace Temperature Uniformity of ±3°C
Equipped with a 310S high-temperature circulation fan (with adjustable frequency control) to force the circulation of hot air within the furnace. Heating elements consist of high-temperature alloy resistance strips, evenly distributed along the perimeter and bottom of the furnace chamber. A dual-zone temperature control system—covering both the perimeter and the bottom—ensures a control precision of ±1°C and a furnace temperature uniformity of ±3°C.

- Integrated Exhaust Gas Purification Furnace with Preheated Air Intake
An exhaust gas purification furnace is installed horizontally atop the furnace chamber. It features a processing capacity of 160 m³/h, independent temperature control, and automated PLC-driven activation and deactivation. Ten air inlets are positioned along the lower sides of the furnace chamber; the incoming air is preheated by the exhaust gas purification furnace before entering the main chamber, effectively utilizing waste heat and reducing energy consumption.
- Fully Automated PLC-Integrated Control
A PLC system automatically manages the heating process based on a pre-set temperature curve, controlling parameters such as temperature, circulation fan speed, the operation of the purification furnace, and the opening/closing of air inlets. This enables intelligent, fully automated coordination between the temperature profile, fans, purification furnace, and air inlets, requiring no manual intervention.
- Split-Design Structure: Separate Control System and Furnace Chamber
The furnace features a split-design, separating the control system from the furnace chamber. The furnace unit measures 3500 × 2000 × 4200 mm, with a rail length of 2500 mm. The furnace lining is constructed from vacuum-formed, high-purity, lightweight alumina material, utilizing vacuum-formed, high-purity alumina fiber modules. For areas prone to impact during the loading and unloading of materials—specifically the furnace opening and the furnace floor—lightweight hollow-sphere alumina boards are used.

| Control | Closed-loop technology is adopted for thyristor module trigger control, with phase-shift triggering or zero-crossing triggering. Output voltage, current, or power can be continuously adjusted, featuring constant voltage, constant current, or constant power characteristics. The current loop is the inner loop, and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When a load is suddenly applied or the load current exceeds the current limiting value, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated current range to ensure normal operation of the output and the voltage regulator. At the same time, the voltage loop also participates in regulation, so that the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated current range, maintaining constant output current and voltage under the premise of sufficient adjustment margin. This protects the heating elements from impact of excessive current and voltage, achieving safe and reliable control effects and control precision |
