Description
1200°C Vacuum Atmosphere Pit-Type Sintering Furnace
The 1200ZQJ is a 1200°C vacuum atmosphere furnace that integrates high-temperature heating, vacuum processing, and controlled-atmosphere capabilities. It features a rated operating temperature of 1200°C, a long-term operating temperature of 1150°C, and a temperature control range of 50–1200°C. The unit utilizes high-temperature alloy resistance wire heating elements arranged around the furnace chamber, combined with high-performance thermal insulation and refractory materials, to ensure stable and uniform high-temperature heat treatment.
The equipment employs a double-layer furnace body structure with a hybrid air- and water-cooling design to effectively lower the external surface temperature. Equipped with a diffusion pump vacuum system, it achieves an ultimate vacuum of 6.6 × 10⁻⁴ Pa and supports various atmospheres—including nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, and oxygen—thereby meeting diverse process requirements such as material sintering, heat treatment, atmosphere-protected processing, and vacuum experiments.
Featuring an intelligent temperature control system and a 7-inch touchscreen, the unit supports 50-segment program control, PID regulation, and AI-based adjustment. It enables precise control over complex temperature profiles—including heating, soaking, cooling, and cycling—providing a stable and reliable heat treatment environment for scientific research, industrial production, and materials testing.

| Control | Closed-loop technology is adopted for thyristor module trigger control, with phase-shift triggering or zero-crossing triggering. Output voltage, current, or power can be continuously adjusted, featuring constant voltage, constant current, or constant power characteristics. The current loop is the inner loop, and the voltage loop is the outer loop. When a load is suddenly applied or the load current exceeds the current limiting value, the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated current range to ensure normal operation of the output and the voltage regulator. At the same time, the voltage loop also participates in regulation, so that the output current of the voltage regulator is limited within the rated current range, maintaining constant output current and voltage under the premise of sufficient adjustment margin. This protects the heating elements from impact of excessive current and voltage, achieving safe and reliable control effects and control precision |
